Every generated track ships with a custom cover art piece from Nano Banana, and sharing to major platforms is built in. For users who want to go deeper, Lyria 3 Pro accepts detailed specifications: you can define realistic vocal styles, blend genres that don't normally coexist, and dial in acoustic preferences that match a specific creative vision.

SynthID: The Watermark That Survives Editing

Every track produced by Lyria 3 carries a SynthID watermark — an imperceptible audio signal embedded by Google DeepMind that persists even if the audio is edited, compressed, pitch-shifted, or re-recorded. This extends Google's existing SynthID program from images and video into audio, giving content platforms and rights-holders a verifiable signal of AI origin.

Within the Gemini app, users can upload any audio file and ask whether it was AI-generated. Gemini checks for SynthID and applies its own reasoning to return a verdict. It won't catch every AI-generated clip on the internet, but for content flowing through Google's ecosystem, it creates an auditable trail.
